Salon Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best service to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: Appointments & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future bookings may require prepayment. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Full service charges may still apply. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
